Context:

iDE Global collaborated with USAID to develop an innovative online platform aimed at providing a comprehensive set of resources and tools for Human Centered Design (HCD) in the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector.  The HCD for WASH website provides practitioners, researchers, and policymakers with a wealth of practical guidance, case studies, templates, and tools to support the implementation of inclusive, participatory, and context-sensitive approaches to WASH programming.

Description:

The main focus of the consultancy was to design, test, develop and program a website that was accessible, easy to use, engaging, and provided on-demand access to tutorials, resources, interviews with experts, HCD tools, and how-to guides for using HCD for WASH practitioners to learn how to incorporate Human-Centered Design (HCD) into their programs.
